Please read here the complete timeline from September 11 to the opening of NHL Free Agency.
STAY TUNED! Things are about to get interesting. I promise.
The NHL has confirmed Oct. 9 as the opening day of free agency. That means the Blues and Pietrangelo have less than a month to reach a deal. As I've written recently, there has been no progress. Things can change in a hurry, but it doesn't look promising at the moment. #stlblues

He “might” take 8x8 if he got the signing bonus/no movement. But we won’t know if he’ll take 8x8 until they talk about those things simultaneously with AAV.
